ក្រុមហ៊ុនយើងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសជាក្រុមហ៊ុនគំរូក្នុងការអនុវត្តន៍ស្តីពី«វដ្តនៃគុណភាព នវានុវត្តន៍ និងប្រព័ន្ធផលិតកម្ម Lean ដើម្បីបង្កើន ផលិតភាពនៅក្នុងសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម» នេះគឺទទួលបានការផ្តល់ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសពីអង្គការផលិតភាពអាស៊ី (APO) និងទទួលបានការគាំទ្រសហការអនុវត្តដោយផ្ទាល់ពីមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលផលិតភាពជាតិ (NPCC) នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍។

ផ្តល់នូវក្របខ័ណ្ឌមួយដើម្បីកំណត់នូវគោលដៅ និងគោលបំណងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ដើម្បីឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីតម្រូវការរបស់ភាគហ៊ុន និងភាគីដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់។

ផ្តល់គន្លឹះ និងធ្វើការវិភាគ ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការ និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តដើម្បីធ្វើការប្រគួតប្រជែងទីផ្សារ។

LY LY Food Industry Co., LTD organized at three-day training course on “Cam-GAP and Revolving Fund Policy” from 26-28 April 2018 at company’s meeting room in purpose to strengthen the capacity of farmers who are the potential suppliers of agriculture products to implement the inclusive business project, namely “Improving Livelihood of Smallholder through Processing Fresh Vegetable and Fruit” that funded by Innovation Against Poverty (IAP). For this training, the company invited the trainer from General Directorate of Agriculture of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to train the staff and trainees who are representor of all collecting points from other provinces such as Kandal, Preah Vihea, Koh Kong, Kampot and Kampong Speu. Furthermore, Company also trained about Revolving Fund because it is one part of the project and help them to use fund in purpose to buy agricultural materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc. which involves their cultivation. The purpose of training course is to enable farmers to cultivate crops with quality and standard that will get benefit from using Cam-GAP Standard and also meet the requirement of purchasing agriculture products for the production of dried fruits and vegetables from the company.

ក្រុមហ៊ុន លី លី ហ៊្វូដ អ៊ិនដាសទ្រី ខូ អិលធីឌី បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីការ (បញ្ជ្រាបយេនឌ័រក្នុងអាជីវកម្ម និងផែនការទិញកសិផល) លោកស្រីឧកញ៉ា កែវ មុំ អគ្គនាយិកាក្រុមហ៊ុន លី លី ហ៊្វូដ អ៊ិនដាសទ្រី ខូ អិលធីឌី បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីការបញ្ជ្រាបយេនឌ័រក្នុងអាជីវកម្ម និងផែនការទិញកសិផល នាថ្ងៃទី០៨ និង០៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៨។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ក្នុងគោលបំណងឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមបានយល់ដឹងអំពីតួនាទី នឹងការទទួលខុសត្រូវយេនឌ័រ វិសមភាពយេនឌ័រ គម្កាតយេនឌ័រ ដែលតម្រូវឱ្យមានយន្តការពិសេសគាំទ្រដល់ស្ត្រី សមភាពយេនឌ័រ រកវិធីសាស្ដ្រផ្ដល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់ស្ត្រីក្នុងអាជីវកម្ម និងមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ តំណាងកសិករ និងសហគមន៍ ក៏ដូចជាសមាជិក សមាជិកាក្រុមការងារ ក្រុមហ៊ុន លី លី សរុបចំនួន៣០រូប។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកស្ដ្រី អគ្គនាយិកាក្រុមហ៊ុន បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ស្ត្រីដែលបម្រើការងារក្នុងវិស័យអាជីវកម្ម ឲ្យចេះអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួន ពង្រឹងខ្លួនឯង និងផ្ដល់តម្លៃខ្លួនឯងឲ្យបានខ្ពស់មុននឹងអ្នកដទៃផ្តល់ឲ្យ។ លោកស្ដ្រីបានបន្ថែមថា ស្ត្រីបានដើរតួនាទីសំខាន់ណាស់ក្នុងសង្គម។
ការពង្រឹងបច្ចេកទេសអាជីវកម្មរៀបចំប្រជុំធ្វើកិច្ចសន្យារវាងក្រុមហ៊ុន និងអ្នកដំណាងកសិករក្នុងនោះ សហគមន៍បានបង្ហាញពីសក្តានុពលបញ្ហាជួបប្រទះដំណោះស្រាយកន្លងទៅ លើកផែនការសម្រាប់អនុវត្តការបង្ហាញពីកិច្ចគាំទ្ររវាងសហគមន៍និងក្រុមហ៊ុន។

LY LY FOOD INDUSTRY Co., LTD has visited farmers in 2 locations at Preah Vihea Province such as Banana Collecting Point at Ou Khleng Por Community and Pumpkin Colleting Point at Sror Yong Koh Ke Community to explaining the company’s intension in purchasing the agriculture products with implementation of Cam-GAP Standard and the revolving fund before the company start producing the dry fruits and vegetables. For this visit, our team also was welcomed and received the requests from farmers to improve the work running smoothly between the company and farmers.
IMPROVING LIVELIHOOD OF SMALLHOLDER THROUGH PROCESSING FRESH VEGETABLE AND FRUIT PROJECT OF CAMBODIA
The contract of Lyly Food Industry, Ltd and Innovation Against Poverty (IAP) entered into on 30thNovember 2017 to implement the inclusive business project, namely “Improving Livelihood of Smallholder through Processing Fresh Vegetable and Fruit” from November 30, 2017 to December 31, 2019. IAP is funded by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) which managed by SNV under collaboration of BoP Inc and Incisive Business Sweden granted 170,000 EUR, equally 30 % of investment budget and other 70 % is contributed by Lyly Food Industry, Ltd to implement the inclusive project. This project will contribute to the Royal Government of Cambodia alleviate the poverty and support to the smallholder farmers.
The mission of the project is to improve the income of fruit and vegetable growers through access secure market and apply Cam-GAP standard. Lyly Food Industry will establish and coordinate 10 collection points with 1,500 smallholders which at least 50 % as women and 30 % as youth to supply their Cam-GAP vegetable and fruit with amount of 3,120 tons in a period of project’s life. The company leads project implementation and coordinates all actors along the value chain, including farmer groups, agricultural cooperatives, service providers, distributors and resource persons from Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Mango, taro, banana, jackfruit, local potato and pumpkin are the selected crops for processing. The final product will be ready for trade by third quarter of 2018 for local market and early 2019 for international market. Project is expected that smallholders can increase their income at least 336 USD per year through access secure market with guarantee price, yield increasing and access the revolving fund.
